Our school is a small and friendly one-form entry primary school situated near to the historic town of Prescot in Knowsley, Merseyside rated Good by Ofsted (2023).
We pride ourselves on the successes that all of our children have, and on ensuring that each of our children receives an education that meets their individual strengths and needs.
We do lots of exciting things at St Mary & St Paul’s, and are very proud of what the children achieve academically, artistically, socially and spiritually. Everything that we do as a school comes from our vision statement:

St Mary and St Paul's is the lead school for the Mersey Boroughs ITT Partnership (MBITT)
MBITT offers a primary 5-11 full time QTS with PGCE Teacher Training course.

- Must have a degree
- Photo identification: passport or photo driving licence
- DBS clearance preferable
- DBS check required

Placement availability
We offer in person school experience placements during term time throughout the school year. Subject to numbers, specific dates can be discussed with individual candidates on application.
Subject to a candidates availability we suggest a continuous five day block of attendance will provide a rounded experience.
