Brentwood School

Brentwood School is one of the UK’s leading independent schools for boys and girls aged 3-18 with a history spanning almost 500 years. We are a hub school for National Specialist SCITTs: the National Modern Languages (NML) SCITT and the National Mathematics & Physics (NMAP) SCITT.

About our school experience

• Details:

  Brentwood School is the North East London and Essex Hub for National Specialist SCITTs: the National Modern Languages (NML) SCITT and the National Mathematics & Physics SCITT. Trainees undertake two contrasting placements with our local partner schools. Whilst a trainee's placement may not be at Brentwood School, they receive their subject-specific training with us either every week or every fortnight depending on the course. ; Languages offered: French, German, Spanish, Italian & Mandarin. ; The visit will include an introduction to the course and the opportunity to observe lessons in departments, as well as meet with Subject Leads and other colleagues at Brentwood School. ; If you have any queries, please contact Reina Campbell (RSC@brentwood.essex.sch.uk).

• Start and finish times: 8:15am to 1:00pm - Flexible

  MFL School Experience Days start at 8.15am and finish at 12.00pm. ; Maths School Experience Days start at 9.45am and finish at 1.00pm.
