Swanmore College
Swanmore College is a modern school with traditional values, located in Swanmore, near Bishops Waltham, Hampshire. We seek to provide an excellent education for 11-16 year olds, in line with our core values of Innovation, Collaboration and Challenge.
We want our pupils to emerge from the college with a wide range of knowledge and experience, a group of lifelong friends, and a variety of interests that will continue to excite them in the future. To do this, we work in partnership with parents, teachers, governors and the local community.
Swanmore is a happy place where pupils, teachers and support staff enjoy working together. We want Swanmore to be referred to as a ‘Centre of Excellence’. A place where excellent teaching and learning is observed, where exemplary behaviour and care is guaranteed, where excellent GCSE results are attained and opportunities for all to achieve and flourish are given.
Swanmore College is proud to be the lead school for the Rural Schools Alliance, an established Teaching School partnership of Hampshire secondary schools based in rural communities.
Visit Swanmore College to get a feel for a classroom setting and see whether it is an environment you'd like to train and work in.
