Northfleet School for Girls
Northfleet School for Girls is a non-selective girls school (with a mixed Sixth Form) in north Kent. We have been rapidly expanding in recent years and are heavily oversubscribed in all year groups.
We believe we have a very exciting vision centred around the phrase "Dream Big and Achieve". In reality this means supporting students to have high aspirations for their lives and then supporting them to achieve this through excellent results (we are significantly outperforming similar schools) and of equal importance, developing the whole person through our Dream Big Programme. Students leave us to many successful destinations including Oxbridge.
Student behaviour is excellent and we have an amazing staff team, with very low staff turnover. We look forward to welcoming you to our school and an experience of what a great career teaching can be!

We have worked for many years and very successfully with Kent and Medway Training. The very vast majority of teachers training with us then stay and progress their careers at our school. This includes three members of our Senior Leadership Team who joined through this route
