Visits take place from 10.30am to 12.45pm. They will include an informal presentation about teacher training and the NMAP SCITT programme, outline the next steps to apply to us, lesson observations in either Maths or Physics, and a short tour with the opportunity to ask questions.
Places are limited to 5 people per subject per day, so visits are only offered to people with adequate Maths or Physics qualifications.

Charterhouse leads the Guildford Hub of the National Mathematics and Physics SCITT (NMAPS) and offers School Experience Visits for Maths and Physics only.

Entry requirements
You must:
- Photo identification: Passport, driving licence
- Applicants should have a minimum 2.2 UK Bachelor’s degree, or overseas equivalent, which should ideally include at least 50% Maths. Applicants who do not meet these requirements may be considered with appropriate experience or academic background. In such cases, applicants should have a good A Level (C Grade or above) in the subject they are considering training in (Maths/Physics). Please submit details of your qualifications to us when you apply. Unfortunately we are unable to offer School Experience Visits to applicants who do not meet our requirements.
