Paragon Alliance is a group of Executive Partner Schools lead by Hampton Hargate Primary School. Paragon Alliance are developing both a local and national reputation for being a centre of excellence within teaching and learning.
We work alongside Bishop Grosseteste University to deliver our School Direct Teacher Training Programme, giving aspiring teachers the opportunity to work and train within an alliance that has diversity at its core. Our alliance of schools is dedicated to making a difference to the lives of some of the most disadvantaged young people in the city.

COVID-19 UPDATE:
It is our intention to host the School Experience Programme on school site. However, the venue will be subject to all the normal restrictions and we may need to deliver this online.TYPICAL SCHOOL EXPERIENCE DAY:
There will be a Welcome Meeting which includes our Safeguarding and Behavior Policy. The experience will consist of a presentation from the School Direct Programme Coordinator, about training to teach with Paragon. This will also include feedback from Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT). You will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the presentation and offered guidance for your next steps. You will have a tour of the school, two classroom observations and a feedback session to help you decide your next steps. Refreshments and a light lunch is provided on the day. - Start and finish times

Paragon Alliance work with Bishop Grosseteste University to deliver the School Direct Programme. We welcome applicants for both mainstream and special school with successful applicants placed with a relevant host school.
