Stockport Academy
Stockport Academy is a successful, non-selective secondary school in Cheadle Heath, Stockport, with around 1,000 students aged 11–16. As part of United Learning, our mission is to bring out the best in everyone, and we work tirelessly to ensure that both students and staff have every opportunity to achieve their full potential.
We are proud to partner with United Teaching, an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ teacher training programme. As a national provider, United Teaching offers an ambitious, research-informed curriculum that prepares trainees for the demands of modern teaching. Our school visit experience provides an invaluable opportunity to see high-quality teaching and learning in action within a dynamic and supportive environment.
With expert subject specialists, dedicated mentors, and exceptional wellbeing support, United Teaching makes the teacher training journey rewarding and memorable.
