Ormiston Shelfield Community Academy
We are a large academy in Walsall. We serve a student population who are predominantly white British, the majority of whom come from a deprived background. Our values are Outcomes, Value and Choices - these form the foundation for everything we do. We pride ourselves on the personal development opportunities we give our students and the academic foundations which allow many of our students to stay on in Sixth Form and continue to university. We work with various ITT providers to train teachers in a variety of subjects and our trainees always comment on our friendly supportive hardworking staff. We are an OAT academy which means we are part of a large supportive trust which has schools across the whole of England.
