Gillotts is a high performing, innovative school where every student is valued as an individual, and is supported and encouraged to achieve their potential. We pride ourselves on being inclusive of all, developing academic achievers and individuals who make a positive contribution to society now and in their future lives.
Students are at the centre of everything we do, and receive a personalised experience of the school both in terms of the curriculum and the monitoring of their progress. Our strong house system creates a sense of identity and belonging.
We are proud of the results we attain and the children who achieve them; we work hard together, “non nobus solum”, to achieve outstanding outcomes for each and every one.
Gillotts places innovation in teaching and learning at the heart of its improvement. This is underpinned by an in-house CPD programme which allows staff to develop the skills most pertinent to their development. We are committed to our staff and work in conjunction with the Oxfordshire Teaching School Hub, Oxfordshire Teacher Training (OTT), and OTSA to offer the very best in professional learning for colleagues at every level.
