- We offer the opportunity to observe lessons and different teaching styles. There is also the opportunity to meet with subject teachers and interact with pupils. As a partnership school in a local Teacher Training Hub, we can also offer further guidance about the teacher training process and offer you the chance to meet with trainees and early career teachers based with us.

We are a partnership school with Ormiston Teacher Training – a School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme which delivers high-quality teacher education across four regional campuses situated in the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.

Ormiston Endeavour Academy, Defoe Road, Ipswich, IP1 6SGAs an Associate College of the National Institute of Teaching, Ormiston Teacher Training is in the privileged position of being able to offer our aspiring teachers a programme that is rooted in national research whilst reflecting the local contexts of the schools and communities in which they will work.
Our future teachers learn from established experts, including teachers, teacher educators, and experts in teacher professional development, all of whom are specialists in their fields.
