Firbeck Academy

Firbeck Academy is a one-form entry primary school that caters for children from nursery to Year 6 in Wollaton and surrounding areas in Nottingham. The school is built upon a strong ethos that encompasses our values of 'Work Hard, Be Kind'.

The dedicated and caring staff at Firbeck work together closely to ensure that all pupils are happy and safe at school whilst engaging in a rich and challenging curriculum that provides them with lifelong opportunities. We believe that all children have a right to an excellent education which, of course, includes their social, moral, spiritual and cultural development; this education is their passport to life.

• Details:

  'Interested in a career in teaching' events are a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering a career in teaching. There are 30+ schools within our Partnership (both Primary and Secondary). The event will involve a presentation on the different routes into teaching and a Q&A session with the core team, recently qualified teachers and current trainees. ; School experience will be organised following one of these events.
