Wheatfield Primary School and Nursery
Our curriculum is designed to provide an aspirational and rounded education for all children, helping them to grow into confident, thoughtful, highly motivated learners who continually expand what they believe to be possible. As well as achieving well academically, we believe that it’s important for children to build the social and emotional skills that lead to resilience and the ability to embrace challenges and change.
We are located in an exceptionally well-resourced building, purpose built for primary aged children. We pride ourselves in being a small school where all children are known, valued and have their individual needs recognised and met. We grow and learn together each year and our children are integral to the development of the school, its curriculum and the learning environment.
Our school community works closely with GLF Schools to focus on continual school improvement and building a partnership with parents, families and the wider community. GLF stands for grow, learn and flourish - this lies at the heart of everything that we do.
