Fowey River Academy
We are a relatively small but growing secondary school set in a beautiful location near to Fowey. We take pride in our inclusive and relational approach, working with students to achieve the best results possible.
Every student has an iPad, and we are working with other schools in our Trust to evolve our digital pedagogy.
Our school is friendly, staff are approachable and students respond well to staff who take time to know and understand them.

- We work closely with ITT providers, ensuring that our offer aligns with their priorities. A typical placement would involve experience of working with a tutor group, teaching a range of classes in Years 7-10 and co-teaching Year 11 classes. This of course depends on experience, confidence, and the needs of the provider.
