Hollymount School
Hollymount is a happy, welcoming school with an inclusive ethos and diverse school population where staff, parents and pupils work together to build mutual respect. Every child is valued, without discrimination, on the grounds of gender, ethnicity, culture or disability. We want children to enjoy school and work in partnership with parents, to enable children to reach their full potential both academically and socially. We have around 400 pupils between the ages of 2 and 11.
Our school motto is “Inspiring Success” and through a broad, balanced and varied curriculum, we aim to build pupils’ self-esteem and confidence, broaden their experiences and nurture and challenge their skills. This supports every child to become happy, independent learners, keen to discover more about their world. Excellent activities enrich the curriculum within and beyond the school day. Our staff are dedicated to children’s education and have high expectations for all; we take pride in knowing each and every child as an individual.
We welcome aspiring teachers to explore our wonderful school and discover the rewarding opportunities in teaching with The Black Pear Teaching Alliance.
