Morley Newlands Academy
In December 2019 we were awarded the World Class Schools Quality Mark which is valuable recognition for the special nature of Morley Newlands. More recently in November 2024, we were judged by Ofsted to be Outstanding, which reflects our hard work and dedication to the wonderful children that come to our academy. We are a large primary school, with over 650 children from Nursery age right up to Year 6. Situated close to the centre of Morley in south Leeds, our academy serves families from across the local community.
We are a highly committed team who have very high expectations and a strong appreciation of the needs and priorities of each and every child.
Our overriding aim is to ensure that all the children leave Morley Newlands with the key knowledge and skills that will enable them to become confident and highly capable life-long learners. We are relentless in ensuring the children receive a broad and balanced curriculum that allows them to express their creativity as well as their individual academic flair in a full range of subjects.
