The Marvell College
A School Experience day at one of The GORSE Academies Trust or partnership schools will allow you to observe excellent teaching and learning across the full range of Key Stages. You will have the opportunity to observe lessons and see a range of teaching styles, as well as talking to key professionals about routes into teaching. You may also get the opportunity to speak to some of our trainees and alumni about their experience of training with GORSE SCITT and their subsequent ECT year. At the beginning or end of your school experience you will be met by a member of the Senior Leadership Team. During this meeting you can reflect on your day and discuss if you require any support with the next steps of your journey into teaching
