The Marvell College

At The Marvell College we have excellent students, supportive parents, and brilliant staff. This creates an environment where everyone can learn, grow and flourish. We prioritise the following areas which are key to success

regular attendance to school
rewarding positive engagement with lessons and wider school life
restorative practice
We have a clear strategic vision and continuously seek improvement. This includes working collaboratively with many external agencies, other schools and trusts. We welcome visitors to The Marvell College to see what we do and to share best practice or ideas.

“Staff are proud to work at The Marvell College. Leaders take care to ensure that staff workload and well-being constitute a high priority. There is a collective will to succeed and a determination that The Marvell College continues to improve.” Ofsted, July 2024.

You will always be escorted during your school experience, so we do not require to see a DBS.
