Victoria Primary School

Victoria Primary School is a happy, friendly school where children love to learn. We place a high value on behaviour and courtesy and we work closely with families to help their children succeed. We aim to provide an excellent education that lays the foundations for every child to be successful in primary and secondary school, so that when they reach 18 years of age they have the choice of going to university or pursuing a rewarding career.

We put English and Mathematics at the heart of our primary curriculum and we provide outstanding teaching and support so that every child does as well as they possibly can.

About our school experience

• Details:

  'Interested in a career in teaching' events are a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering a career in teaching. There are 30+ schools within our Partnership (both Primary & Secondary). The event will involve a presentation on the different routes into teaching and a Q&A session with the core team, recently qualified teachers and current trainee teachers. ; School experience will be organised following one of these events.

• Start and finish times: 4.30pm to 6.00pm
• Dress code:

  Smart casual

• Teacher training:

  The Nottinghamshire Torch SCITT offer both School Direct and SCITT teacher training programmes
