• 09:15 - 09:30: Information about the role of the Trust and the support provided to schools
• 09:30 - 10:30: Observations in classes
• 10:30 - 11:00: Tea / Coffee with a range of colleagues
• 11:00 – 11:30: Reflections on classroom experiences with Lead Mentor
• 11:30 – 12:00: Meeting a senior leader to discuss the role of a teacher and safeguarding responsibilities
• 12:00 – 12:30: Further information about the programme and signposting to SCITT events with Lead Mentor
• 12:30 – 12:45: Evaluation and final Q&A with Lead Mentor
