Byfleet Primary School
Byfleet Primary School is a small one-form entry village school with a dedicated and hard-working team of professionals.
We have a supportive local community and our children are well behaved, respectful and a joy to teach.
Reading is at the heart of our curriculum and we have a bespoke 3Ps (Person, Place & Pt in time) curriculum, with a focus on localism as we want all our children (and staff) to be proud of where they're from.
Our record breaking results are terrific and have increased year-on-year since September 2020, due to the commitment and dedication from our wonderful staff, who do their best for the children.
Leaders are ambitious and trust staff to do well by the children - being part of BPS is a real privilege.
We benefit from being part of EEEA (Engage, Enrich, Excel) Academies.

We have 7 classes from Reception to Year 6.
Each class has a TA. Phonics is taught in Reception to Year 2. Phonics catch up is taught as an intervention in KS 2.
We have specialists who teach Spanish, Swimming, Music and PE.We teach Financial Education to all year groups as we think it's important that our children are prepared for the future.
All year groups swim and are taught Spanish as we feel these are important life skills.
As a small school, all staff are supportive, lend a hand and work as part of a team. This is what helps us get the great results we do!
Our children benefit from wonderful trips like Stonehenge, The London Eye, Brooklands Museum and week long residentials. If you're brave enough, why not camp with our Year 5s on the school field? Or supervise at one of our school discos?
