Weston Secondary School

11-16 only and part of a supportive Multi Academy Trust who allow high levels of autonomy but provide expert support and guidance as well. Our motto is Aspire, Believe, Achieve and we celebrate inclusivity and diversity recognising that every child is individual. We have high expectations for every student both academically and in regard to their personal development too.

A comprehensive induction programme including opportunities to observe lessons, shadow students to understand their daily experiences, bespoke CPD and a member of staff who oversees our teacher training programme.

    • Must not have been accepted onto another teacher training course
    • Must have a degree
    • Photo identification: Passport or driving licence
