Worth Primary School
We are a small village school, an academy as part of the Deal Education Alliance for Learning Trust (DEALT), located in the beautiful village of Worth, between Deal and Sandwich in Kent.
Our school motto is ‘lifelong learning’ and we believe that, through quality teaching and care for each individual, every child can fulfil their potential.
We have a pupil admission number of ten per year. This means our children enjoy high adult to pupil ratios and small classes. Our Reception children are in a stand-alone class whilst there are a further three mixed age classes. This works well and each child’s individual need is catered for.
Our curriculum is creative and innovative. We teach through exciting topic based learning whilst ensuring that key knowledge and skills run through the curriculum. Our results are good and our pupils are very positive about their learning and achievement. Our children and their parents consistently tell us on surveys that the children enjoy school and their learning.
Our school has a family feel where we believe the children come first, and by providing the personal touch through effective communication, ensures your child has a positive primary school experience.
