St Joseph's RC Junior School
Our Federation’s Mission Statement ‘Together we can, with Christ by our side’ tells you not just about what we believe and stand for but how we function as an organisation, a school family. Positivity, collaboration, love, respect, forgiveness and understanding are some of our core values and they govern how we interact, not just with the children, but all stakeholders in our School Community and beyond. We use Christ as an example of how we should live and love and encourage our pupils to do the same.
Our vision is to create a school where every child achieves their full potential and we use research to refine our practice and ensure high quality teaching and learning for all. We pride ourselves on cultivating a culture of excellence and are determined to increase the cultural capital of all our children; enabling them to compete academically with pupils anywhere, whilst developing moral and spiritual awareness.
We are a committed and nurturing staff team who take extreme pride in our diverse Community. We value every child as an individual, working closely with parents and families to ensure our pupils have the best possible educational journey.
