The Queen Elizabeth's High School, Gainsborough

As our crest clearly indicates, we proudly celebrate and promote: Tradition, Achievement, and Opportunity. Whether supporting learning activities or engaging in classroom discussions, participants will begin to build essential skills for working with young people.

The experience also offers a focused look into how specific subjects are delivered within the curriculum, highlighting pedagogical strategies and subject-specific approaches. This is particularly useful for those considering subject-specialist routes into teaching.

Additionally, the placement provides a comprehensive overview of the teacher training process, including routes into teaching, qualification requirements, and the support available during training. Overall, the school experience offers an inspiring and informative introduction to the teaching profession, helping participants make well-informed decisions about their future in education.
