Peninsula East Primary Academy
We are a small, village one form entry primary school that includes a Nursery. We are part of the Leigh Academies Trust.
We believe in high aspirations, high motivation and high achievement for all. Through our extended curriculum we seek to meet the needs of the individual. We aim to build a community based on International Mindfulness, traditional values and social justice in which all members are equally valued.
We are committed to ensuring the very best for our children in order for them to play a significant part in society.
Peninsula East Primary Academy is a warm and friendly place to work. As a team we enjoy collaborating and helping one another to achieve with our whole school motivation being about the building the whole child. All staff are determined to give our children the best school experience and prepare them for the future.
About our school experience
- Details
- As part of the school experience day at PEPA, you would be able to observe lessons and a range of teaching styles, support and work with children within the classroom and within any clubs that might run as part of the school day. You may also want to observe unstructured time such as break and lunch. If you had any particular subject interests e.g. phonics, then we could arrange for lesson observations of these subjects within different year groups. There would also be opportunities to talk to a range of staff, including subject leaders to find out more information about their roles and we could also provide more information about the teacher training process.
