Hawkes Farm Academy
At Hawkes Farm Academy, our mission is to improve the lives and futures of every child—a commitment shared across our Trust. This purpose drives everything we do and shapes our inclusive, welcoming culture. We are a happy, nurturing school built on trust, safety, and positivity, where everyone is valued for their unique contributions. Our core values—passion, urgency, positivity, aspiration, and commitment—foster pride and a strong sense of community among pupils and staff.
We set high expectations for all pupils, including those with SEND, and they rise to meet them with enthusiasm. From the early years, children settle quickly and enjoy learning through engaging, well-structured routines. Our ambitious curriculum builds knowledge step by step, with reading at its core. Skilled staff deliver high-quality phonics teaching, and pupils develop a love of reading through vibrant reading areas and an exciting library run by pupil librarians.
Pupils benefit from a wide range of enrichment opportunities and learn the importance of health, respect, and responsibility.
We also invest deeply in the development of our staff. Whether you're visiting, training, or exploring a career in education, we hope your time with us offers an authentic insight into the energy, commitment, and care that define us.
