Three Rivers Academy
Three Rivers Academy is a vibrant, supportive and inspiring working environment. The school opened its brand-new building in February 2018 and offers spacious, modern and outstanding facilities, conveniently located near the train line from and to London. No wonder that we have been described as one of the ‘most inspiring school designs from around the globe’. From vast and bright classrooms to state-of-the-art sports and performing arts facilities, our environment allows our students to flourish and access 21st century learning.
Every teacher has their own classroom, equipped with an Interactive LCD Touchscreen. All teachers are loaned a laptop, which they can use in school or at home.
Three Rivers Academy is proud of its inclusive ethos and high expectations, which we expect the whole school community to embrace. The school is on a continuous journey of improvement, which would not be possible without the dedication and commitment of its staff. We invest in our staff by offering a bespoke and high-quality CPD programme, which caters for Trainee Teachers to Senior Leaders. The support from and collaboration with The Howard Partnership Trust are invaluable and offers staff access to a strong support network and a range of opportunities. We are fully committed to staff wellbeing and our staff wellbeing committee works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support all colleagues in achieving a healthy work life balance.
As well as teaching your specialist subject, we encourage all our staff to become involved in the wider life of the school, for example by participating in our ‘legendary’ school shows or taking part in our vast range of extra-curricular activities, including The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme and trips abroad.
Our ‘bringing out the best’ motto applies to both students and staff and whether you are at the start of your career or looking for your next challenge, Three Rivers Academy will provide you with a high-quality and supportive environment to make a real difference to the lives and opportunities of young people.
